Smoothies
This is a list of my favourite smoothies and my kids’ go‑tos. They’re quick, filling and so easy to change up depending on what fruit you have. If you add protein to your smoothies, they become even more satisfying and keep you fuller for longer, making them perfect for busy mornings, after‑school snacks or travel days.
All smoothies serve 1 - Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth!
Want it thicker? Add a few ice cubes before blitzing, or add less liquid.
